Marlene has worked since 1992 as a full time realtor, specializing in island residences and condos, resort and investment property sales and listings.

She is a member of the Sanibel-Captiva and Fort Myers Multiple Listing Services, the Commercial Investment Realtors, the Real Estate Investment Society and NAR and FAR, including their International Sections.

Marlene serves on the Advisory Board of the Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida. In addition, she belongs to and supports many island activities and institutions, such as the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum and the Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation.

Marlene has owned property on Sanibel Island since the early 80's and moved to Sanibel in 1990.

Marlene is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Sanibel & Captiva Islands Specialist (SCIS).
