Jim Artale comes from a strong background in management, marketing and real estate.

After receiving his Brokers license in 1987, he immediately succeed in being selected in the elite group of the nations top performers where he remains today.

He is highly recognized for his work ethics, honesty and satisfied customers which all lead to client referrals, the main stay of his business.

Jim, along with his partner Ken Colter, started The Marketeers in 1999 which year after year have been recognized as being in the top 1% of real estate professionals in sales performance nationally.

Locally, their sales achievements have ranked them among the top ten teams for Lee and Collier for the last five years.

Jim and his wife Alice have lived in S.W. Florida since 1985, moving from the northeast. Both of them enjoy living in paradise, spending many hours with their four grandchildren.
