Gloria O'Flannery, Broker Associate, a Maryland native, moved to Captiva in 1979 and began her real estate career selling on-site at South Seas Resort.

Gloria decided to make Resort Investment Properties her specialty. Living and working at South Seas Resort, Saddlebrook Resort, Hutchinson Island and also residing two years in the Cayman Islands have made that a reality.

She is dedicated to the community. She is on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society.

She serves on committees for various fund raising events such as "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" and "Relay for Life".

She is also a member of the Captiva Civic Association, the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation and C.R.O.W.

Gloria is very professional, extremely knowledgeable of the Sanibel-Captiva area and has an easy and comfortable style.
